Catalogue of Educational Programs
The Faculty of Restoration/Conservation, Art History and Theory was established in its present form in 2005. It aims to contribute to the study and teaching of Georgian art and Georgian culture in general, and seeks to promote interdisciplinary studies, integrate research and teaching, which entails accumulation of research potential at the Faculty and engagement of students in research programmes. The Faculty intends to offer students programmes on cultural heritage conservation designed in accordance with modern international standards and to provide research input for the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage properties. |
