Teaching language - Georgian Awarded qualification – Master of Landscape Architecture Prerequisite for admission to the program: - The applicants who have bachelor's academic degree (qualification) of architecture, art, civilian construction, industrial engineering, agronomy, environmental engineering and sciences studying safety, ecology/environment, biology/life; have passed Unified National Masters Examinations and examinations of TSAA faculty of architecture in foreign language (level B II), will be admitted to this educational program. The entrant's assessment in specialty is carried out by the submitted portfolio and documentation (CV, motivation letter, references). Brief description of the educational program: Landscape architecture is a type of creative activity, art of designing and green building. The landscape architect is engaged in practical and theoretical activities, creates a comfortable living environment, promotes aesthetic formation of environment of urban areas, conducts both design and construction works. In order to carry out these activities, landscape architecture combines a whole range of disciplines of natural science, architectural and engineering fields, such as architectural planning of landscape, history of gardening and park art, urban planning, engineering of parks and recreation areas, ecology, decorative plantgrowing, dendrology, plant ecology, introduction, management, economics issues. The program is based on modern methods of teaching and learning and promotes the development of intellectual and creative abilities of students.
